  • Assessing maintenance and small repairs

  • Checking and or resetting breaker boxes

  • Changing batteries and coded locks, smoke, detectors, carbon monoxide detectors

  • Attend to minor plumbing clogs or issues.

  • Snow removal (Price dependent on property)

  • Lawn care and upkeep (Price dependent on property)

  • Major repairs as needed and preventative repairs

  • Eviction court fees/lawyer fees 

  • Cleaning common areas
